Return and Exchange Policy

As a solo-run studio handling everything from creation to shipping, general returns or exchanges are not accepted and all sales are final. Exceptions are made within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items by signing into your account here.

After submission, follow-up will include requests for details and photos, and original shipping costs remain non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase via signing into your account here.

Dispatch and Postage Time

In-stock orders ship in 3–5 business days, while preorders and commissions follow variable timelines. Thank you for your patience and support as a one-person studio! 

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and inquiries can be sent to shop@koriecull.com.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

The store is not responsible for missing or lost deliveries where the carrier has attempted delivery to the address provided but was unable to access the location, or where the recipient failed to collect the item from a postal facility and the order was returned as a result.

If an order is returned by the carrier, I will reach out to arrange next steps - either reshipping or refunding. Reshipping will incur a new shipping charge; refunds will deduct the original outbound postage cost.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from the 95014, Cupertino area. California sales tax applies to all local pickup orders.

International Shipping & Duties

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Before placing an order, please research any import taxes or duties that may apply to shipments from the United States into your country.

The shop is not responsible for any import taxes or duties assessed upon arrival.

Canadian customers can estimate applicable duties using the Canada Border Services Agency's Duty and Taxes Estimator prior to ordering.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU orders qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer laws (excluding custom items), requiring unused goods in original packaging. 

Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping and customs fees back to the United States. Approved refunds, including standard outbound shipping, are processed within 10 business days of inspection. Contact shop@koriecull.com if delays exceed 15 business days.
